Welcome to the North Kingstown School Department Self Service website. This site is home to the North Kingstown School Department’s Employee Self Service module.

EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE
This site is for School Department Employees only. - To login into this site:
     - Please click on the "LOG IN" link in the top right corner.
     - Then in the user name field, enter your first name initial, full last name, and last four digits of your
       social security number (i.e. if your name was John Smith with the last four digits of his
       SSN being 1234, then you would use "jsmith1234" as your user name).
     - In the password field, enter your password.   When logging in for the first time, this will be
        the last 4 digits of your SSN.
     - Then click on the "Log In" button.
     - Then click on the Employee Self Service button on the right side of the screen.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are a school department employee accessing Employee Self Service and are unable to login, please send an email to your school’s helpdesk. Make sure you state the issue is with Employee Self Service, and include your user id and ask them to unlock your Employee Self Service account and reset your password to the last four digits of your social security number.
